We accept returns of unused, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must include all original tags, inserts, and accessories.

To start a return, please contact hello@luluvine.com with your order number and a request for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.

Please note:

• A $10 restocking fee applies to each return and will be deducted from your refund amount.
• Returns must be authorized prior to shipping. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

We currently only offer exchanges for the same product in a different color, pending availability. If you’d like something else, you’ll need to return your item for the exchange to occur.

If the requested item is no longer in stock, we’ll issue store credit or a refund once your return is received and inspected.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please email hello@luluvine.com within 7 days of receipt.Include photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right promptly.Approved replacements for damaged or incorrect items will not be subject to the restocking fee.

Once your return is received please allow 1–3 business days for our team to complete the verification process
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus the $10 restocking fee, within 5–10 business days.

Items marked final sale are ineligible for return. Gift cards are final sale, and do not expire. Personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If you received a Lulu Vine item as a gift, we can issue store credit to the original purchaser or to you directly, depending on the order details.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit-card company first.
